Hmmm… I think she’s right… criminals never run (just watch Cops), and how hard is it to track down somebody at a later date with the following description:
White male wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans… seriously, what else do we need?
May I suggest [for the mayor] reading “Law Enforcement in the United States” by Jones and Bartlett Publishers, followed by a 24-hour reality-check with a COPS marathon.
Or better yet, let’s just ban police from driving, carrying hand-cuffs, or making arrests…
