Worship and Arts Coordinator - Kansas City, MO

We are currently seeking a Worship and Arts Coordinator for our campus in Overland Park, Kansas. The ideal candidate will perform all administrative tasks and organizational duties within the Worship and Arts office; assist the Pastor and Director of the Worship and Arts Team with general maintenance and administration of the Worship and Arts ministry; and help build and coordinate teams that foster a collaborative and creative arts community within the church.

The job requirements are: A personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; undertsanding of the importance of congregational worship; high school diploma with some higher education preferred; high level of computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Office; willingness to learn creative software (Adope InDesign as well as basic photo, audio and/or video editing.); excellent interpersonal skills; ability to understand and appreciate the creative working process and enjoy working with creative types; high level of organization and attention to detail; knowledge of, and experience with, printed music (vocal, choral and/or instrumental).
