  1. The Cage Phase
  2. Addiction
  3. Apostle of Renewal
  4. Beaten by Reality

There are three options for Step 5:

Option 1 - The Rat Leaves the Ship

Option 2 - Complete Disillusionment

Option 3 - Partial Disillusionment and Accommodation
